Villa Grassina / Farmhouse / Territory

Holiday in the hills surrounding Florence.

Like the Nobility of the Florentine Renaissance who owned these country villas and who stayed here during the summer periods. The Family Terenzi has transformed this villa into a summer residence for those wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday, far away from the routine of everyday life in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.
Villa Grassina is immersed in a nature of forests, meadows and olive groves. A working farm respecting all local traditions where you will have the opportunity to discover our territory, our culture, the beauty of this region, with its cities of art and its great gastronomic traditions.
Try to live our territory and our nature not only with your eyes, but also taste the flavours of our dishes passed down from generation to generation, accompanied with a good glass of wine and above all experience the warm hospitality of the local people.

A Farm Holiday in the Florentine hills

Home to an ancient civilisation full of natural beauty, hilltop villages, castles, medieval hamlets, abbeys and churches immersed amongst acres of vineyards, olive groves and woods. This joined together with art, culture, gastronomy and country traditions that have preserved the rapport between man and agriculture making this region what it is today, one of a kind.
The mountain region to the east of Florence is considered the entrance to the National Park of the Casentino Forest and is the home of the Chianti Rufina and Pomino wine routes. In the heart of this area is Villa Grassina situated at an altitude of 420 metres and surrounding by 53 hectares of grounds.
